Ordering & pricing
How do I get a price?
Browse the catalogue, add items to your cart, then hit Submit. We confirm material + install + shipping + taxes within 48 hours. No card required at submission.
Do you take payment online?
Not at the cart stage. Quote-first means we confirm pricing before any payment. Once you accept the quote, we send a secure invoice.
Is bulk / wholesale pricing available?
Yes. Dealerships, wrap shops and fleet operators can apply for volume pricing — drop your details in /contact under "Wholesale" and we'll be in touch.
Can I cancel or change a submitted quote?
Absolutely, up until you accept the formal quote. Just reply to our email — we haven't charged anything yet.
Materials & brands
Which brands do you carry?
3M (2080, 7080, 1080, PWF), Avery Dennison (SW900), KPMF (K75400, K88500, K71000), VViViD. All authorized, all warrantied.
What's the difference between gloss, satin, and matte?
Gloss reflects light directly — wet look. Satin is a soft semi-gloss, hides scratches well. Matte absorbs light — modern stealth look but shows fingerprints. We have sample books to compare in person.
How long does a wrap last?
5–10 years on cast films when professionally installed and maintained. Garage-kept vehicles last longer. Manufacturer warranty covers cracking, fading, and adhesive failure.
Can you match a custom color?
Yes. Upload a photo or paint code in your quote — we either source the matching film from our brands, or print and laminate a custom match in-house.
Installation
Do you install, or just sell the material?
Both. We have an in-house installation studio at our Etobicoke warehouse. You can order film for DIY shipped Canada-wide, or book an install slot with your quote.
How long does an install take?
Full color change: 3–5 business days. Partial wraps: 1–2 days. PPF: 2–3 days. We give you a confirmed slot when we send your quote.
Can I bring a car that already has a wrap?
Yes. We can remove old film and prep the paint for the new wrap. Removal is quoted separately based on age and condition.
Do you offer install training?
Not formally — but we sell every tool we use and ship with detailed application guides. Our blog also has install walkthroughs.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada from our Etobicoke warehouse. Free GTA pick-up. Standard ship is 2–3 business days. Expedited options available.
Can I return a roll?
Unopened, uncut rolls within 14 days, yes. Cut or partial rolls are non-returnable since we can't resell them. Full policy at /returns.
What if my film arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace damaged film at no charge.
Do you ship internationally?
On request, mainly to US. Customs and brokerage fees fall on the customer. Email for a custom shipping quote.
Care & warranty
How do I wash a wrapped car?
Hand-wash with mild soap and microfibre. Wait 7 days after install. Avoid automatic brush washes and pressure-wash within 15 cm.
Is wax safe?
Yes on gloss finishes. Avoid wax on matte and satin — use a dedicated matte wrap detailer instead.
What voids the warranty?
Aftermarket polishes, automatic brushes, high-temp pressure wash, paint defects underneath the wrap. Full terms at /warranty.
Will the wrap damage my paint?
No, on factory paint in good condition. Quality cast film removes cleanly within the warranty window. We always inspect paint before applying.
