14 days from delivery for unopened, uncut rolls in original packaging. Tools and supplies in unused condition within 30 days.

• Partial / cut rolls — film cut to length is non-resaleable
• Custom-printed films, custom color matches, printed graphics
• Used tools, opened care products, opened sample books
• Clearance items marked Final sale

1. Email info@brandingcentres.com with your order reference + reason.
2. We reply with an RMA number and pre-paid label (for GTA pick-ups) or instructions.
3. Drop off or ship within 14 days of RMA issuance.
4. Refund posts to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Manufacturer defects or transit damage are covered at full replacement. Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement before you mail the original back.
