Shipping methods
- Free GTA pick-up — at our Etobicoke studio, no minimum order.
- Standard ground (Ontario) — 1–2 business days from $14.
- Standard ground (Canada-wide) — 2–4 business days from $24.
- Expedited / overnight — available for cut-off orders before 11am EST.
Order cut-off & processing
Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST on a business day ship the same day. After cut-off, next business day. Pick-up orders are ready within 2 hours of order confirmation.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email the moment your package hits the courier. Track from the link in your shipment email or under My quotes.
Damaged in transit
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the affected roll. We replace damaged film at no charge and arrange pickup of the damaged unit.
International orders
We ship to the US on request. Customs, duties, brokerage and any local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Email info@brandingcentres.com for a custom shipping quote.
