Coverage overview
Cast films from authorized brands carry up to 10 years outdoor vertical / 3 years horizontal warranty when professionally installed and maintained.
Calendared / shorter-life films carry 3–5 years. Each product's spec sheet on its detail page lists the exact warranty period.
What's covered
- Adhesive failure or edge lift on properly prepared paint
- Cracking, flaking or excessive color shift (beyond standard UV fade)
- Manufacturer defects in the film itself
What's not
- Damage from automatic brush washes, pressure-wash within 15 cm, or solvent-based cleaners
- Stone chips, key scratches, vandalism, collision
- Aftermarket polishes or sealants not approved by the film manufacturer
- Paint defects or rust underneath the wrap
- Improper removal causing paint lift
Care guide
- Wait 7 days after install before any wash.
- Hand-wash with mild soap and microfibre cloth. Two-bucket method recommended.
- Avoid all automatic brush washes. Touchless ok after 30 days.
- Pressure-wash from 30 cm minimum, never on edges or seams.
- Wax only on gloss finishes. Use dedicated matte/satin detailer on other finishes.
- Spot-clean stains immediately. Don't let bird droppings or tree sap sit.
- Garage-park in summer when possible — heat ages adhesive faster than UV.

Email info@brandingcentres.com with photos of the affected panel, your install date, and order reference. We work with the manufacturer to evaluate and replace covered defects.
